Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 June 2026

The short version. eventOracle publishes football predictions for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The predictions are for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not take bets, accept money, or offer any form of gambling service. The astrological "Stars" track is presented as a method, not a guaranteed predictor — there is no scientific evidence that astrology forecasts football match outcomes. Do not use anything on this site to make wagering decisions.

1. About the site

eventOracle is a free, public website operated by VIVANET (Pune, India). It publishes two parallel tracks of match predictions: a data-driven "Stats" model (Elo + FIFA ranking + market odds) and a classical Vedic astrology "Stars" track. Every prediction is logged and graded openly against actual results.

2. Not betting, gambling, or financial advice

Predictions on eventOracle are not betting tips, not investment advice, and not a recommendation to wager money. We do not partner with any sportsbook, fantasy-sports operator, or gambling platform. If you choose to use our predictions in any betting context, you do so entirely at your own risk and are responsible for following the laws of your jurisdiction.

India in particular has a complex patchwork of state and central laws governing gambling and games of chance. eventOracle does not operate as a gaming or gambling intermediary under the IT Rules 2021 or the Public Gambling Act 1867.

3. Astrology disclaimer

The "Stars" track uses real sidereal astronomy (Sun and Moon positions, nakshatra, tithi, yoga) and classical Vedic scoring (Tara Bala, Chandra Bala) to produce match probabilities. We follow the calculations carefully as a method, but we do not claim or imply that astrology can reliably predict football match outcomes. There is no peer-reviewed scientific evidence supporting astrological prediction of sports results. Treat the Stars track as entertainment and as a creative parallel to the Stats track — not as a tip.

4. Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to publish predictions and results accurately, but we make no warranty that they are error-free, complete, or up to date. The underlying fixture data is sourced from Football-Data.org and may itself contain delays or revisions.
